Assurance That The Vessel Is Structurally Sound And In Watertight Condition
ANNUAL ENGINEERING INSPECTIONS AND BIENNIAL WASHOUT ENGINEERING INSPECTIONS AND DISINFECTIONS
Annually USCI trained professionals shall inspect each water storage asset. Every two years this inspection shall be a washout inspection to allow inspection of all interior surfaces as well. Information from these inspections is provided to the vessel owner via a detailed inspection report which can be mailed or viewed via the portal. These inspections are performed to monitor the risk USCI has under the terms of the agreement and document the condition of the asset as required by GASB 34.This information is placed into our project management program to schedule short term and long term maintenance.
Emergency Service
USCI provides for the response to emergency conditions that may arise to assure water service is not compromised. The service response may be for problems as minor as the removal of graffiti or as serious as repair to gun shot holes in the tank. Routine repairs are also provided.
