Tank Owner Benefits

Revenue Maximization: USCCI will market your site to national and regional communication companies to ensure current market site fees.

Maintenance Expense Control: USCCI will ensure the antennae mounting does not increase maintenance expenses for the tanks on USCI maintenance programs.

Eliminate Administrative Expenses: USCCI will negotiate all licenses, coordinate all installations and provide engineering, billing, collection and reporting services.

Reliability: USCCI guarantees your tank will not be damaged, the life of the tank will not be reduced and that the use and integrity of the tank will not be compromised.

Indemnification: USCCI manages all work, assumes all responsibility and liability associated with any antennae placement and guarantees all installations meet relevant safety standards, including OSHA and FCC regulations.

Expertise and Professional Service: Utility Service Co., Inc. has served the water tank industry since 1963.

National Marketing Programs
By marketing to telecommunication companies, network developers, and site acquisition firms, USCCI will keep your site visible in the marketplace. In addition, national advertising and site guide listings will help promote your water tank site.

Contract Negotiation
Agreements with telecommunication companies tend to be lengthy and complex. USCCI will negotiate a fair agreement which protects the tank for its primary purpose while providing income for the owner.

Design and Installation Engineering Reviews
Engineering analysis, good design practice and professional installation are the keys to successful antennae placement on tanks. USCCI will review the design and the finished installation to ensure a quality installation that protects your tank.

Ongoing Contract Management
Once the initial agreement is reached, ongoing issues require careful attention. Changing government rules and regulations require constant monitoring. Each new carrier requires coordination with existing licensees and revisions of the site safety plan.

Regulatory Compliance
Antennae placements can be subject to FCC, OSHA and FAA regulations. In addition, water tanks can be subject to a variety of local and national standards. USCCI will ensure your tank is protected and that the tank and antennae installation meet the necessary standards and regulations.

Administrative Services
Billing, collections, and reporting issues are all handled by USCCI, thus eliminating the need for additional resources or paperwork by the tank owner.

QUESTIONS YOU MIGHT HAVE REGARDING USCCI’S TELECOMMUNICATION SERVICES?

1. Why should we choose USCCI to manage the antennas on our tank?
First of all, Utility Service Company, Inc., the holding company of Utility Service Communications co., inc. is the recognized leader of water tank maintenance with thousands of tanks under preventative maintenance programs. We guarantee that the primary purpose of the tank is never forgotten, the quality and safety of the stored water is not compromised, and the maximum potential is realized from the tank as an antennae site.

USCCI has invested in personnel, equipment and technical support to actively market the tank as an antennae site. We prepare the license agreement, install the antennae, inspect, manage the accounting and oversee the site. You are free to continue your business as usual.

2. Why shouldn’t I contact the antennae owners directly?
Typically, the businesses that have interest in using your tank as an antennae site work through consultants of site brokers. Their primary interest is securing the tank as an antennae site and earning a commission for that work. They don’t always have the best interest of your tank at heart. USCCI closely monitors the contract to protect the interest of the tank owner while supporting the needs of the site user.

3. How much revenue will my tanks generate?
There is no set amount. So much depends on your tank location, the population density, the number of antennae users in the area and alternative sites. Individual antennae rates can vary from hundreds of dollars to thousands of dollars per year. USCCI can help you realize the maximum rates for your tanks.

4. How will antennas affect my tank maintenance program?
USCCI’s Antennae Management Program ensures the tank owner’s costs are not increased as a result of antennae installation for tanks under Utility Services Maintenance Program. USCCI will work to minimize any increased maintenance costs and should an increase be necessary, it will be considered in the negotiation with the antennae owner.

5. What is the cost of the program?
There are no sign-up or up-front costs for this program. USCCI will retain a portion of the site fee revenue only after the site fee payments have commenced. There are no financial risks or costs incurred by the tank owner.
